What Differentiates Our Sublimated Rash Guards at dasFlow

When designing custom sublimated rash guards, most people immediately think of the traditional press printers that have been used regularly during the past decades; however, only a few people know the benefits of getting such print designs done through a sublimation process. Sublimation, as defined in science, is “the conversion between the solid and the gaseous phases of matter, with no intermediate liquid stage.” In the simplest way, sublimation skips one of the stages of the water cycle and through this it saves the energy that would be required if the whole cycle were to be completed.

Here at dasFlow we are all about being environmentally responsible, but it is not the only reason why we use the method of sublimation for our custom Rash Guards. Sublimation not only helps reduce the energy needed but it is also an upgrade in the quality of our Rash Guards. With the last stage of the process being vapor, the prints chosen by our customers are embedded on their polos on a “cellular” level. As a result, the prints chosen for your sublimated Rash Guards will last longer and will resist washing machines and all other activities.
